Enjoy delicious rice and soybean okara grown with cow manure at a rice farm in Seiyo City.
The beef is raised in a fresh and clean taste.
We also have special cuts (currently being adjusted) that are recommended for barbecues.
We rent out BBQ sets so you can enjoy BBQ in the guesthouse garden.

The spacious dining kitchen, unique to a Japanese house, is equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils, plates, and seasonings.

We use carefully selected broad-leaved trees for growing shiitake mushrooms on logs.
Charcoal made from broad-leaved trees (mainly oak) catches fire easily, produces strong heat in a short time, and has a long burning time, making it ideal for BBQ and meat dishes. It also gives off a subtle aroma when burning, adding a natural flavor to ingredients.
